A fun Round Robin held in the beautiful hills of Yucaipa. Join us in Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles. Costumes are encouraged! A free Hot Dog and Chips Lunch is provided to all players. Tournament Shirts will be available for purchase or preorder with registration.

There will be raffle baskets and a 50-50 drawing so bring some money so you can WIN. The SURPRISE BASKET is valued at over $500 and has exceptional pickleball items in it! There will be lots of prizes for players. We will have Yucaipa Pickleball merchandise, shirts, hats and visors for sale also. We accept Cash, Venmo and Zelle at the event!

Please arrive and check in AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR to your start time. Watch for emails prior to the event and on this event website for any changes to the schedule. This tournament has started every event ON TIME or EARLY for the past 3 years. If you are not checked in early, you may be dropped.

MENS Doubles : 7:45 AM

MIXED 3.0 and 4.0 : 10:00 AM

MIXED 3.5 : 12:00 noon

WOMEN's Doubles : 2:00 PM

Shirts are available for pre-order at a discount. For shirts ordered prior to Oct. 6 we can guarantee size. After that it is subject to availability. For long sleeve or UV protection shirts, please email tournament director prior to Oct. 1, 2023 for more information on how to order.

If you register without a partner, you will have 5 days to add a partner, otherwise, you will be moved out of your selected bracket and into "Need a Partner" status. If your bracket reaches the max number of teams while you are waiting for a partner, you will not be placed back into that bracket unless a spot opens.

A registration discount of $5 is available to Yucaipa Pickleball Club members. You must be a member at time of registration to qualify for the discount. Discount Code may be obtained by emailing yucaipapickleball@gmail.com with your name and membership number. If you are not a member of Yucaipa Pickleball, Inc. and use this code, your registration will be marked as incomplete and you will be moved to the waiting list until the correct payment is received.

EVA Foam Core paddles are not allowed in this tournament.

Tournament Director reserves the right to amend the format of play based on participation or any other unforeseen event up to and including the day of the event. Divisions may be adjusted to allow for better quality play.

Tournament staff will make every effort to complete all matches. However, adjustments and/or cancellation may be necessary. There are no provisions to make up canceled games.

Refunds of entry fees will be made for withdrawals prior to Oct. 11, 2023 (less $10 cancellation fee). Service Fees from Pickleball Brackets ($5/event) are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellation of tournament or event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

All refunds will be processed no later than Nov. 30, 2023.

We suggest you bring your own water and snacks. Limited player snacks will be available and water fountains are on site. Chairs are recommended. There is limited space near courts for EZ ups.

All players are reminded to be physically fit and have trained for playing pickleball. All players agree to assume all responsibility for all risk, damage, or injury that may occur as a participant. All players understand there is a risk for COVID exposure in participating in this event. If a player is feeling ill or showing any signs of COVID they will withdraw.
