RMC Player Experience:
Players are expected to report to the Player Check-in tent prior to their event start time. Emails will be sent out to players within the week before their registered event regarding their division’s block of pool-play court assignments.
A "Pre-Event Orientation" will take place at the "Player Tent" 15 minutes prior to your event start time.
Referees will be stationed near each pod of courts. Players will receive a text with their next court assignment and report to the nearest ref station to receive their match ball.
Any on-court disputes that cannot be solved by the players should be resolved by the assigned court monitor. Referees will be assigned to all medal matches, as well as any other matches if available.
Event Format:
Every division will be played in 2 parts: Pool play, followed by a bracket. Pools will be determined by team DUPR average at the time of registration, and seeded accordingly.
