Cost:
Abbotsford Pickleball Club Members, $45.00 plus &15.00 per event until October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.. For the Abbotsford Club Member Discount you must be a member before registering for the tournament, otherwise the discount will not be offered. If you are not offered the discount and you are a member please contact the tournament and we will process a refund for the difference.
Early Bird Registration, $55.00 plus $15.00 per event until October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Late Registration $65.00 plus $15.00 per event from October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to November 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m..
Currency is in CDN dollars.
Be aware that Pickleballtournaments.com now charges a $5.00 US plus processing fee for each registration per event, capped at two events. This will be added onto your credit card when registering.
Events:
Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles
Skill levels in all events will include:
2.5 and under - all ages
2.5 50 plus
3.0 all ages
3.0 50 plus
3.5 all ages
3.5 50 plus
4.0 to 4.5 all ages
4.0 to 4.5 50 plus
Events may be modified, merged or cancelled at the sole discretion of the tournament Director based on the number of registrants.
Format:
Round Robin games to 11, win by 2. The top four teams in each event will move on to medal rounds where there will be a semifinal and a final match. If there are two pools then the top two teams from each pool will move on. If a round robin results in 3 or fewer games then all teams will move into a quarter final match. Metal matches will be games to 15 win by 2. The Tournament Directors reserves the right to modify the formal at their sole discretion due to time or other factors.
There is a guarantee of 4 games minimum.
DUPR
This is a DUPR tournament and entry will be based on your DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR rating then entry will be based on your Self Rating. All players must be linked to DUPR. Players not so linked will be asked to link and those who do not do so prior to the close of registration may be withdrawn from the tournament. It is extremely important to link the accounts because scores will be submitted to DUPR and any games with even one unlinked player cannot be used.
Players must be at least 14 years of age by the end of 2025.
