Welcome to the Abbotsford Fall Pickleball Classic

Date: November 21, 22, and 23, 2025

Registration opens on August 22. 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Cost:

Abbotsford Pickleball Club Members, $45.00 plus &15.00 per event until October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.. For the Abbotsford Club Member Discount you must be a member before registering for the tournament, and please ensure that you list Abbotsford Pickleball Club as your club on Pickleball Brackets, otherwise the discount will not be offered.

Early Bird Registration, $55.00 plus $15.00 per event until October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Late Registration $65.00 plus $15.00 per event from October 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to November 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m..

Currency is in CDN dollars.

Events:

Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles

Skill levels in all events will include:

2.5 and under - all ages

3.0 all ages

3.0 50 plus

3.5 all ages

3.5 50 plus

4.0 to 4.5 all ages

Events may be modified, merged or cancelled at the sole discretion of the tournament Director based on the number of registrants.

Format:

Round Robin games to 11, win by 2. The top four teams in each event will move on to medal rounds where there will be a semifinal and a final match. If there are two pools then the top two teams from each pool will move on. If a round robin results in 3 or fewer games then all teams will move into a quarter final match. Metal matches will be games to 15 win by 2. The Tournament Directors reserves the right to modify the formal at their sole discretion due to time or other factors.

There is a guarantee of 4 games minimum.

DUPR

This is a DUPR tournament and entry will be based on your DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR rating then entry will be based on your Self Rating. All players must be linked to DUPR. Players not so linked will be asked to link and those who do not do so prior to the close of registration may be withdrawn from the tournament. It is extremely important to link the accounts because scores will be submitted to DUPR and any games with even one unlinked player cannot be used.

Players must be at least 14 years of age by the end of 2024.

Event dates are as follow:

Friday November 21 (times to be determined) - Women's Set Doubles, all skill levels

Saturday November 22 (times to be determined) - Men's Set Doubles, all skill levels

Sunday November 23 (times to be determined) - Mixed Set Doubles, all skill levels

Please check at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for the bracket.

Refunds, less a $15.00 administration fee, are available for withdrawing from the tournament up to 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. there is no refund, for any reason, for withdrawing from the tournament within 14 days of the scheduled start.

No bags or other items are allowed courtside. Water bottles are allowed but must be kept at the end of your court, at the exterior wall or center tennis net, never at your court net.

Eye protection is mandatory.

Please change into clean court shoes at the venue prior to entering the courts.

By entering this tournament you are agreeing to all rules of conduct established by Abbotsford Pickleball Association, whether stated herein or not.
