— Matches will begin at approximately 7 a.m. each day and conclude by 2 p.m.

— Divisions will be capped at 8 teams each to ensure play concludes before the hottest parts of the day. BE SURE TO SIGN UP EARLY TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT!

— Once a division reaches 8 teams, players may sign up on the waitlist. In the event of another division not filling, the waitlisted events will expand to more than 8 teams if court space allows.

— Your teammate must register within 3 days

— Tournament format (round robin or double elimination bracket) will be based on the size of each division.

— Divisions may be combined based on player entries.

— Start times and format may be modified based on entries and weather.

— All divisions and formats will be posted after registration closes.

Refunds minus a $20 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up until Sunday, July 30, 2023. If tournament is canceled because of rain, a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.

These events are outdoor events. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will do all we can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
