Crossing Creeks Country Club will host its inaugural Summer Sizzler pickleball tournament August 12-13! The event will begin approximately at 7 a.m each morning with all divisions starting in the morning and concluding each day by 2 p.m.

NOTE: Friday's 50 and Above events have been moved to Saturday morning - no events will be held on Friday, August 11. If you're registered for a 50 and Above event and this change creates a scheduling conflict for you, please email pineywoodspickleball@gmail.com as soon as possible.

— Matches will begin at approximately 7 a.m. each day and conclude by 2 p.m.
— Divisions will be capped at 8 teams each to ensure play concludes before the hottest parts of the day. BE SURE TO SIGN UP EARLY TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT!
— Once a division reaches 8 teams, players may sign up on the waitlist. In the event of another division not filling, the waitlisted events will expand to more than 8 teams if court space allows.
— Your teammate must register within 3 days
— Tournament format (round robin or double elimination bracket) will be based on the size of each division.
— Divisions may be combined based on player entries.
— Start times and format may be modified based on entries and weather.
— All divisions and formats will be posted after registration closes.

Refund Policy
Refunds minus a $20 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up until Sunday, July 30, 2023. If tournament is canceled because of rain, a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.

If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
