The BC Dementia Care Society is pleased to announce the Forget-Me-Not Charity Tournament, October 19 and 20th at the Victoria Pickleball Centre.

Early Bird Pricing until September 29

$55 with $20 per additional event (VPC members will receive a code for $5 off!)

Regular pricing after September 29

$60 with $20 per additional event.

Your initial entrance fee will be waived if you donate or raise funds of $200 or more for BC Dementia Care Society. Donations can be made on the day of the tournament, by cash or cheque, or in advance at:

Tax receipts will be issued for all donations of $50+

Men and Women's Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, OPEN

Sunday , October 20

Mixed Doubles - 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, OPEN

Mixed Doubles 50+ - 3.0. 3.5, 4.0

The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions or create additional divisions as required, depending on registrations.

Tournament Director reserves the right to change start times based on registrations.

Tournament format will be round robin, with top teams in each pool proceeding to playoffs.

Minimum 4 games per event are guaranteed.

Tournament ball will be Franklin X 40

All paddles must be on the USAPA approved list. It is the player's responsibility to check the list which can be found here: https://pickleballcanada.org/tournaments/approved-paddles-and-balls/

Tournament Director reserves the right to refuse entry to any player.

*NOTE - PickleballBrackets.com has implemented a new service fee of $5 USD/event to a maximum of $10 USD. This fee does not go to the Tournament Organizers and is not refundable in any circumstances. This is outside of the Tournament Director's control.

No refunds after October 7. Withdrawals prior to that date are subject to a $5 administration fee. No refunds will be issued until after the completion of the tournament.

Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. Both partners on the team have five days to register and pay or you will be moved to the waiting list.
