FORMAT: Round Robin. Brackets may be split into two or more pools (depends on the size of the draw). In this format you will play all other teams in your bracket or pool.

GIVE-AWAY: Each registered player will receive a cooling towel in a water bottle with Geezer Meister logo imprinted on it.

CREDIT CARD STATEMENT: Please note that your credit card statement will display "SPRUCECREEKCLUBS." That is, indeed, for your Geezer Meister Pickleball Tournament registration/event cost.

The tournament reserves the right to merge, split and/or move players and teams between skill levels.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, your partner must register and pay within 7 days of your registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list automatically after that 7 day "grace" period. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are spots remaining in the tournament.

Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 events) is non-refundable. That service fee applies to ALL players playing an event on PickleballTournaments.com or PickleballBrackets.com.

For withdrawals on or before October 10, there will be an additional $10 processing charge that will not be refunded. That simply covers the cost/handling of credit card processing.

No refunds or credits for withdrawals after October 10, 2025 for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to injury, sickness or work obligations.

Registration monies are non-transferable.
