** Holiday Hoopla - 2021 ** - Closed Tournament for Parkland Picklehead Club Members ONLY!

We are hosting a mini-tournament on Thursday, November 11 and Friday, November 12.

Details are as follows:

- Maximum teams: 9 teams for each level

- Format: Round Robin

- Guaranteed games: 8

- Game format: Single game to 11, win by 2, max 15

- Registration opens: Friday, October 29 @ 6pm and closes Nov 8th @ 6pm.

- Entry fee: $40/player

- Team-based entry - Partner must be registered within 24 hrs. If not, you will be moved to the waitlist.

- Tournament Ball will be the indoor orange Onix.

- Limited numbers of spectators are allowed as long as COVID protocols are followed as stated below.

NOTE: Proof of vaccination must be shown/ Proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hrs of play (PCR or rapid test)

- The tournament will begin Thursday, November 11, 2021 for the following levels:

- Level 2.5/3.0 - Coed @ 9 a.m

- Level 3.5 - Mixed @ 3 p.m

-Check-in is 30 min prior to start time

- The tournament will begin Friday, November 12, 2021 for the following levels:

- Level 4.0+ - Mixed @ 9 a.m

- Check-in is 30 min prior to start time

NOTE: Please bring cash for ability to participate in some fun prize draws.

Player requested withdrawals will be accepted until November 8, @ 6:00 pm with a full refund less a $10 administration fee.

After November 8, 2021, @ 6:00 pm, no refunds will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!
