Welcome to the $2100 Prize Pool Tournament of Hudson River Pickleball club, held at our indoor facility with 7 full-sized (30ft x 60ft) courts!
The tournament will include men’s/women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and men’s/women’s singles, levels 3.0 to 4.5+. The format will be round robin in the group stage, with the advancing teams going into a single-elimination bracket. Each team will have a minimum of 4 matches and all matches will be entered into DUPR. Top 3 places of every event will receive medals. All gold medalists for non-open level events will receive their choice of either 1) one free hour of private court reservation per person or 2) a free entry for one event into our next tournament!
The Men's Doubles Open, Mixed Doubles Open, and Men's Singles Open events will have CASH PRIZES. Note, if less than 10 teams register, the cash prizes will be reduced proportionally. So if 5 teams register, then all cash prizes will be 50% of the full amounts. If 9 teams register, the cash prizes will be 90% of the full amounts, etc.
The Men's Doubles Open, and Mixed Doubles Open will have the following prizes:
1st Place Team: $500 cash OR choice of any items in our gear shop totaling up to $650
2nd Place Team: $250 cash OR choice of any items in our gear shop totaling up to $325
3rd Place Team: $100 cash OR choice of any items in our gear shop totaling up to $130
The Men's Singles Open will have the following prizes:
1st Place: $250 cash OR choice of any items in our gear shop totaling up to $325
2nd Place: $125 cash OR choice of any items in our gear shop totaling up to $165
3rd Place Team: $50 cash OR choice of any items in our gear shop totaling up to $65
When a player signs up for a doubles event, his or her partner must register and pay within 7 days of that time or else the team will be moved to the waitlist.
Pricing Information:
• Registration: $40 (early bird), $50 (regular), $60 (late)
• Each non-cash prize event: $20
• Each cash prize event (ie. Men's Doubles Open, Mixed Doubles Open, Men's Singles Open): $40
• PickleballBrackets.com fee per event: $5
*Please note that the fees are per player, not per team
Brackets may be combined if not enough teams are signed up in a given event. Multiple skill levels and age groups may be combined, but different gendered events will not be combined. If a bracket has 3 teams or less, this bracket will most likely be combined with another bracket. If there are still not enough teams after combining skill levels and age groups, then we will offer everyone who registered a full refund.
