The Tournament Directors reserve the right to change event dates, merge age categories at the same skill level, change times, and formats as needed, depending on registrations.
Tentative Schedule:
• Saturday: Men's and Women's Doubles
• Sunday: Mixed Doubles
• Sunday: Junior Boy's and Girl's Doubles
Tournament fee:
• $75 for adults
• $25 for Juniors
• Pickleballbrackets will add a $5 per event fee which is non-refundable.
When choosing a partner:
• Note that there is a 7 day limit for them to register before you will be moved to the wait list.
• Inform your partner of this requirement.
• This is automatic and cannot be changed.
Brackets:
• If a bracket is full and you're interested in playing, add yourself to the waitlist
• There is no fee to enter the waitlist.
• Waitlist participants will automatically get added to the bracket in order of earliest entry if there is a withdrawal.
• We may open additional team slots if time allows.
• All adult events have age brackets: 49 and under, 50 and above.
• 50 plus can enter lower age brackets at the right skill level
DUPR: ALL participants MUST HAVE a DUPR account. If you do not have a DUPR account, you will be required to create one during the registration process.
• Unsure if you have a DUPR account? To prevent duplicate accounts, reach out to Cheryl Ramsay at ramsayca@gmail.com. Duplicate accounts can create issues with registration.
CRITICAL:
• To help with event flow, we will use text messaging for automatic court assignments.
• Players will also enter their own scores after every match in the pickleball brackets portal.
• There is a 3-minute maximum time limit to enter scores upon match conclusion.
• Make sure AT LEAST one partner has their cell phone to meet these requirements.
• One partner from the winning team will enter the match score, a partner from the opposing team will then need to verify.
• During the registration process, you will be asked to activate text messaging, make sure to check yes.
