Midnight Sun Pickleball is pleased to present the Spring Thaw Pickleball Tournament, presented by Prolite Pickleball!

Saturday, April 30th - Men's and Women's Doubles

Sunday, May 1st - Mixed Doubles

Skill divisions will be:

Men's Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+

Women's Doubles 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0+

Mixed Doubles 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0+

Currently each skill division will be all ages but depending on volume of registration in specific categories we may opt to create separate age categories within a skill level.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions or create additional divisions as required, depending on registrations. Our goal is to provide the most competitive divisions as possible.

Tournament ball will be the orange Onix Fuse indoor ball.

Division start times will be announced the week prior to the tournament, but the rough schedule will be:

April 30th AM - Men's Doubles

April 30th PM - Women's Doubles

May 1st AM - Mixed Doubles 2.5 and 3.0

May 1st PM - Mixed Doubles 3.5 and 4.0+

Please make sure to enable text message notifications when registering for your pickleballbrackets.com account and signing up for the tournament, as we will use this as one of our methods to notify you of your next match!

Tournament format will be round robin, with top teams in each pool proceeding to playoffs.

Minimum 3 games per event are guaranteed.

Start times will be available the week prior to the event.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors we will have tons of prizes to raffle off to participants, including paddles and gear!

We are looking for volunteers to assist with court set-up, check-in, scorekeeping, and court marshalling. Please contact us if you'd like to volunteer. There is one paddle reserved to be raffled off to the volunteer group only.

There will be open play on Friday, April 29th from 5:00 - 7:00pm for the cost of $5. Come check out the venue and get some practice in with your partner!

Early Registration until April 1st - $45 includes one event. $10 for the second event

After April 1st - $50 registration includes one event. $10 for the second event

Midnight Sun Training Team members get an additional $5 discount if they register before April 1st. Contact Rob or Jill for the discount code.

Withdrawal deadline is April 23rd, 2022. No refunds will be given after that date. Withdrawals prior to that date are subject to a $10 administration fee. No refunds will be issued until after the completion of the tournament.

Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. Both partners on the team have seven days to register and pay or you will be moved to the waiting list.
