Registration Cost:
$55 ($50 before May 1st) per player, includes 1 event + T shirt + 1 raffle ticket
Each Extra Event will cost $20 per player
For example, if you are registering on May 6th for 2 events, your cost would be $55+$20
Raffle prizes include:
Franklin FS Tour Pickleball Paddle, Franklin Pro Series Pickleball Bag, Franklin ProShot Pickleballer, other assorted accessories.
Schedule:
Event times will be posted by the day’s end on July 17. Events will start both days at 8 am with bracket's assigned based on registrations. Player check-in and warmups begin one hour before event starts.
Tournament format:
All events feature a round-robin format, ensuring each player competes against others in their group or subgroup. Depending on the time, we will aim to have the top 2-4 seeded teams per event advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket.
Planned format:
Round Robin games will be played to 11, win by 1. Medal match will be played to 15, win by 2. The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine skill/age brackets based on team numbers.
Registration Details:
You can register and identify your partner or request a partner. You will have 5 days from the first player registration to have both players registered. After 5 days, the one player registered will be moved to the waitlist. Selecting “Need Partner” indicates your availability, though finding a partner remains your responsibility.
There will be a waiting list – when someone withdraws, or a team does not have both players registered within a 5-day period, a team on the waiting list will take their place. If a team withdrawal happens after 6 pm the day before the event, no waitlisted teams will be moved to the main event.
