POTENTIAL EVENT FORMATS
*1-2 Teams: Combined with closest appropriate skill
*3 Teams: Double round robin with no playoffs or combined with closest appropriate skill
*4 Teams: True round robin with medal matches
*5-6 Teams: True round robin (no playoffs)
*7+ or More Teams: Double elimination with come around consolation bracket
POTENTIAL MATCH FORMATS
*1 game to 11 points win by 2 points
*1 game to 11 points win by 1 point
*1 game to 15 points win by 2 points
*1 game to 15 points win by 1 points
*1 game to 21 points win by 2 points
*2 out of 3 games to 11 points win by 2 points
Please note: Tournament Director has the discretion to change event or match formats before or during the tournament especially due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

*Final Schedule with Start Times will be released on May 2nd, 2025. Please ensure to arrive 1hr before start time for Registration and Warm-Ups.
Refund Policy
All Refunds will be honored until April 25th, minus $20 for admin fees.
After deadline of 4/25, you may transfer your spot to another player to take your place. All swaps must be approved by Tournament Director by email or phone and changes will be made in the system. All financial obligations are to be handled between swapping players.
*If rain affects an event's completion, the following refund policy will be honored...
A) 0 matches played: Event fee refunded, and registration fee refunded less $20 processing, event fee only refunded if player registered for an additional event
B) 1 match played: Event fee only will be refunded
C) 2 matches or more have been played: No refund
Please note: Last minute withdrawals, player retirements/withdrawals for any reason during tournament competition, or no shows before or during tournament competition, that affect an event's total number of matches played are not refundable causes.
The above rain refund policy applies to rain only. In the event of other weather or natural disasters there are no refunds.
All qualifying refunds will be processed no later than 2 weeks after the tournament's completion.
Prize Money
This is a prize money event with a winner-takes-all cash prize intended for all Gold Medalists
$500 Payout to Gold Medalist Team in Each Event
Above payouts based on minimum of 8 teams per event. More or Less than 8 teams, per event will result in adjusted cash prize.
