- Limited number of teams per bracket. Sign up TODAY!

- Start Times: TBD based on the number of teams per bracket.

- Both teammates need to be registered within 5 days of each other, or that team will

be moved to the waitlist.

- As a team you will play in the bracket of the higher skill level player. For

example, if you are a 3.0 and your partner is a 3.5, your team will be playing in the 3.5 bracket. You will not be able to play in the lower bracket.

- For 4.0 and 4.5 skill level players, we reserve the right to combine levels, depending on the number of registrations per skill level.

All proceeds will benefit the patients and families of Hoffmann Hospice and Palliative Care.

Back by popular demand, we will have a card draw again to win an amazing 2 Day Beach Getaway to Pismo Beach! Cards will be available for $50 per card. The drawing will be after lunch, and you must be present to win.

Many awesome raffle prizes will be up for grabs -- 25 tickets for $20. Winners will be notified via text message.
