Armory Pickleball Pickled Pink for Women’s Health Tournament

Location: Armory Pickleball - 525 N. State St. Bellingham, WA 98225

**important - ONLY 1 EVENTS PER PLAYER - this is because we are only using 4 courts. If we have room, we can open to multiple events per person**

Format

All Round Robin with playoffs for Gold / Silver / Bronze for the top 3 finishers in each bracket.

Games to 15, win by 2 with 30-minute time limit.

Format is based on Game Wins. Ties are determined by wins, head to head, total points

Concession and Swag

Water and some free concession snacks will be provided but also items for purchase and vending machine. Swag for the Tournament and Armory Pickleball swag will be available for purchase. Will have some gear/paddles/wraps available for purchase.

Friday 10/27/23 - Women’s Social Mixer / Drop-in and Tourney Prep

Saturday 10/28/23 - Women's Doubles (34 and under, 35-49, 50-59)

Sunday 10/29/23 - Senior (60+) Women’s Doubles (60-69, 70+)

Registration dates

Regular Registration starts 8/18/23 = $50 + event fees

Closes at the end of the day (midnight) on Wednesday, October 25.

Times will be determined once registration closes, but current plan is:

- Friday evening: Social mixer starting at 6 PM.

- Saturday: First games starting at 8 AM

- Sunday: First games starting at 8 AM

Payment

Payment via credit card (Stripe)

Due at Registration - non refundable service fee at check out.

$5 per event up to $10 per player… see refund policy below.

Add your partner within 14 days of your registration

After the first player registers their partner has the following time to register or they will be placed on the waiting list: 14 Days

All refunds have a $10 admin fee

Any refund after 10/15/23 will be at 50%

No refund for bad weather as the venue is indoors.

AED and First Aid kit on site.
