Sunday, August 4, 2024 - Mixed Doubles

For brackets bigger than 3 teams, the format will be round robin followed by medal matches.

Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater represents the newest evolution in sports travel destinations, hosting events from all over the nation in the state-of-the-art facility. It’s more than a sports facility; it’s a place where sports enthusiasts, families, and the community can come together. It is the ultimate destination for sports, events and entertainment.

Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater is a 130-acre park in Albertville, AL aimed at serving all of Sand Mountain with family-friendly, public play spaces, live entertainment, and elite-level athletic facilities. This tournament will be indoors in the gym area. Up to twelve courts will be set up for this event.

Cancellation deadline is 9pm July 15, 2024. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations

prior to that date are subject to a $15 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

This is an indoor tournament. There are no refunds for weather related cancellations unless a player has purchased tournament cancellation insurance.

Players that purchase tournament insurance will receive a full refund of their registration and event fees, if the player (or their partner) withdraws due to injury (documentation may be required), family emergency or if the tournament is cancelled due to weather.

We will make every effort to complete all events. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other Southern Pickleball events.

ALL REFUNDS will be sent within 7days after the tournament is completed.
