We invite you to be a part of Pickleball history in the US Virgin Islands! The STYC Pickleball Open is the first Pickleball tournament sanctioned by the USA Pickleball Association.

There will be fun, food for purchase, raffles and entertainment. FREE Snacks and water for Players Only. Swag Bag for each player.

Thurs, Nov 16 – Evening Welcome Party with DJ and raffles - 6:30pm

Fri, Nov 17 – Tournament Day 1, 8am – Till end of last game

Fri, Nov 17 – Happy Hour after Tournament, and raffles/games/entertainment

Sat, Nov 18 – Tournament Day 2, 8am – Till end of last game

Sat, Nov 18 – Happy Hour after Tournament, entertainment and Medal/Awards presentations

Sun, Nov 19 – Tournament Day 3 Rain day

**This will be a USA Pickleball Association No-Referee Sanctioned Tournament**

A USA Pickleball Certified Referee will be present at the venue to answer player questions and address on-court issues. They are not required for matches. Referee will be available for Medal matches.

ALL players must be a USA Pickleball member to participate.

The tournament will be a round robin format. We will feature 3 skill levels across Men Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles.

PLEASE NOTE:

Tournament director reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket.

The tournament director reserves the right to cancel or modify the events and/or schedule as needed pending influences beyond our control (eg. Insufficient numbers in Events, Weather, etc).

We are looking for a group of energetic players who have a desire to learn - We will hold a 2 day in person referee training before the tournament (Limited Space Available) Wed. 11/15/23 and Thurs. 11/16/23 (You can still play in Tournament)

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This is an outdoor event and will have only (1) make-up date on Sun 11/19/23. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. Thank you for your understanding! (See "Weather Info" for Weather Insurance)

REFUND POLICY WITHDRAWAL:

-100% Refundable 60 days prior to event by 9/1/23 (So PLEASE sign up early)

-Between 9/2/23 - 11/1/23, you will be issued a refund minus $25 withdraw fee.

-There will be NO refunds given with withdraws after the Cancellation Deadline - 11/1/23.

-Refunds by email notification ONLY

-Refund processing can take up to 30 days.

**Processing fees will NOT be refunded**
