Bracket Format:

𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐧: Very fun round robin games to 11 win by 1. Bracket play will be SINGLE ELIMINATION, games to 11 win by 1.

The upper half of your division, based on your round robin results, will move into bracket play. the top 4 teams of the bracket will move onto the metal rounds. Championship 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. Bronze: 1 game to 15 win by 2.

All start times are subject to change and events might be merged or split based on event registration.

Please check back for times to be finalized. We generally run our tournaments within a 4 hour window per division, with continuous play, leading into the single elimination bracket. So you will either play 8:00-12:00 or 12:00-4:00.

Balls: Franklin X

Change Over: Switch at 6

Timeouts: 30 Second timeout in round robin, however when you switch at 6 feel free to grab water, and quickly strategize then. 1 Minute timeout in Bracket Play, and Metal Rounds.

DUPR: All scores will be automatically reported to DUPR via the Swish App

Cancellation/Refund Policy

$5 Non refundable fee goes to Swish

No refunds due to last minute sickness, accidents or change of plans.

Refunds will be issued no later than May 1st.

No refunds due to in climate weather.

There is a "possibility" of rescheduling this tournament, due in inclement weather

There is plenty of shade from trees, but to insure you have shade we recommend to bring you own tent canopy
