The WinterMAX Pickleball Tournament is scheduled for Thursday, December 29 (Mixed Doubles) and Friday, December 30 (Men's & Women's Doubles) at Five Seasons Sports Club (11790 Snider Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).

Please note that there will be no Men's or Women's 3.0 Doubles on Friday. We will, however, have 3.0 Mixed Doubles on Thursday.

Format: Round Robin. Brackets will be split into two pools (5 teams in each pool). In this format, you will play all other teams in your pool (single games to 15). We will then take the top finishers in each pool and play a single elimination medal bracket for gold, silver and bronze.

Maximum # of Teams: Because of time constraints, we are limiting the number of teams to 10 per event (5 in each pool). This will be strictly adhered to. Therefore, I encourage you to get registered at/near the registration date.

Cost: $45 for 1 event; $25 for an additional event.

PickleballMAX reserves the right to merge, split and/or move players and teams between skill levels.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, your partner must register and pay within 7 days of your registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list automatically after that 7 day "grace" period. Once the second partner registers and pays, the team will be moved back into the event if there are spots remaining in the tournament.

There is a $5 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through December 22, 2022.

No refunds for withdrawals from the tournament after December 22, 2022 for any reason.
